MSO CAP


The MSO CAP program aligns to the needs of Cable Operators. This program recommends a minimum total spend on SCTE•ISBE services. MSO CAP companies sign a letter stating their commitment to reach a specific spend with SCTE•ISBE. Spend is based on the services that match the company’s strategy. Services can include:

  • Individual Memberships
  • Certifications
  • Training Courses (Online or Onsite)
  • Attendance at an SCTE•ISBE Leadership Institute Class
  • VIP Discounted Rates for Cable-Tec Expo® Attendees

A company’s commitment is based on its subscriber count. This affords smaller companies a similar opportunity as larger companies to engage. An upfront payment is recommended as shown in the following chart.

The lowest price on memberships
SCTE•ISBE memberships are discounted for CAP Companies that prepay for 30 or more memberships as part of their CAP agreement. Discounts are based on the number of prepaid memberships. Prepaid memberships also give these individuals a discount on their full conference registration to Cable-Tec EXPO.
