The SCTE•ISBE-Tuck Executive Leadership Program ensures that current and future cable technology and operations executives have the business and leadership skills they need to create and execute strategies that impact their organizations. Designed in conjunction with the cable industry’s foremost thought leaders, the program leverages the resources of the world-renowned Tuck School of Business to help attendees understand how to anticipate and manage changes that are ahead for the industry. This intensive program optimizes the communication skills needed to effectively execute on strategy and to successfully lead peers in the delivery of networks and associated services.

March 11-14, 2019

Designed in conjunction with the faculty at the nationally ranked Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, this program provides the foundation for high-potential individuals to grow into management positions related to technical and operational aspects of the cable telecommunications industry. The immersive curriculum will include a broad mix of classes that have a particular emphasis on the practical needs of cable professionals.



Who should attend:
The SCTE•ISBE-Georgia Tech Management Development Program was designed for cable engineers and technicians interested in moving into management and/or leadership positions, particularly those currently working in data centers, headends, hubs and outside plant. The program is also suitable for other managers who need to develop a better understanding of the role of IT in their organization.

The program is designed to enhance the business and leadership skills of high potential cable technology professionals, who are currently or will in the near future be required to manage teams, personnel, vendors and relationships, while also delivering effective business solutions to both internal and external clients.
